1. Your account & membership
You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. You’re responsible for keeping access to your phone secure. Membership tiers, benefits, prices, and renewal terms are described in the app and may be updated from time to time. [Confirm eligibility / minimum age.]
2. The JAIBA wallet (closed-loop store value)
- The JAIBA wallet holds prepaid value you can spend only at Acajaiba Republic. It is a closed-loop store of value.
- Wallet balances are not redeemable for cash, not transferable, and cannot be cashed out.
- Top-ups are added to your balance once your payment is confirmed by the gateway.

3. Orders, prices, payments & GST
